-APARTMENT AT HAVELOCK ROAD-

An apartment with three units built on a 7.2 perch land. The timber outer skin helps bringing in ventilation and light, creating transparency towards exterior and privacy towards interior.

Description  "TERRESTRIAL LIVES"
-House at Kadawatha-
Western province, Sri Lanka.

This eco friendly house of floor area 300sqm is built on a 15 perch land giving up almost 10 perch to the nature. The house looking out to the created natural surrounding, brings in ample natural light and ventilation keeping up the health and wealth of the family.The light and shadow that plays around the house throughout the day makes the spaces interesting and active and the materials used, maintains the interiors cool and cosy.

Description  "RE-INSTATING INDUSTRIAL LEGACY" -Refurbishment and extension to production facility for Rhino roofing product PVT.LTD. This project mainly involves with the creation of a modern production office facility in a restricted built up area while reusing the existing building making a character enhancement. The concept of the built form is based on the contemporary industrial architectural styles seen in the local context.

Description  "URBAN FRESH" -House at Thalawathugoda- Western province Sri Lanka. An urban modern house brought in with plenty of natural light and ventilation. The play of light and shadow throughout the day brings out the texture of the materials used, creating rhythmic spaces. Spaces are visually interconnected with concerns of privacy and spacial hierarchy.
